The coolest burger joint in America? Quite possibly. With two locations in Atlanta and one in Birmingham, flip delivers a playful, edgy interior and Top Chef: All Stars winner Blais' inventive spin on burgers. The menu includes beef varieties (one topped with truffle butter), but also a lamb burger, tuna tartare burger and Fauxlaffel (fried chickpeas, tzatziki, pickled veggies and salsa verde). Fries with hickory-smoked mayo and liquid nitrogen milk shakes (in flavors such as Nutella and Burnt Marshmallow) round out the menu.—Paula Disbrowe
