Case in point, every afternoon, French Chef Jean Paul Bondoux puts together one of the most renowned “Grill Rotissoire” in the city. At night, he reveals his specials—one option of which will be drawn from the plates that made him famous, or Les Classiques, and one will spring fresh from his imagination. The latter he deems his seasonal creations, or Cuisine de Saisson.

I dined in your fabulous restaurent 3 years ago and want the receipt for your frois gras creme brulee. Please it is still in my mind and is the best I have ever had!!!!!!
