Four Seasons Hotel George V (130 euros for 50 minutes) is really more like a facial and body massage combination, all executed using orange blossom-scented products—Marie Antoinette’s preferred scent. Afterward, enjoy rose, pistachio and chocolate macaroons and orange blossom tea. Steam away any residual stress in the hammam (Turkish steam bath) and, later, you’ll feel like a queen.
